Executive Pastry Chef
Saber Rejbi is the Executive Pastry Chef of Maialino Mare, overseeing all bakeshop goods and pastries. Saber hails from France by way of Illinois where he served as the Pastry Chef at Hilton Chicago. Growing up in France with Tunisian parents, Saber’s mother instilled an affinity for Middle Eastern pastries that was coupled with his love of traditional French sweets. The more he traveled, the more he became interested in international pastries and learning how to master various baking techniques. Saber thrives in a fast-paced environment and relishes in the challenge of creating and perfecting new, irresistible desserts.
